EDULEARN22
Petr Beremlijski and Petra Vondráková (Department of Applied Mathematics, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, VSB - Technical University of Ostrava) attended the EDULEARN22, the 14th annual International Conference on Education and New Learning Technologies which was held in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) on the 4th, 5th and 6th of July, 2022.
They presented the results of the projects Math Exercises for You and Math Exercises for You 2 in the following talks:
- INTERACTIVE MATH CLASS APPLICATION - BRIDGE BETWEEN TEACHER AND STUDENTS
- USING SPANISH VERSION OF MATH4U PORTAL FOR CZECH-SPANISH BILINGUAL MATHEMATICS EDUCATION
EDULEARN is one of the largest international education conferences for lecturers, researchers, technologists and professionals from the educational sector. After 15 years, it has become a reference event where experts from 80 countries will get together to present their projects and share their knowledge on teaching and learning methodologies and educational innovations.
The conference for the learning and teaching of mathematics (JAEM)
Juan Segui and Marta Minguez organized the workshop about Math4U Portal at the conference for the learning and teaching of mathematics (JAEM). The conference was held from July 3 to 6, 2022 at the Higher Technical School of Design Engineering of the Polytechnic University of Valencia and is organized by the Spanish Federation of Society of Teachers of Mathematics.
Summary of the workshop: Math4u.vsb.cz is an educational portal with a database of more than 4,000 exercises for both High School and High School. Totally free, and organized in topics and sections. It is primarily designed to be used via electronic devices in five different languages. It consists of three applications depending on whether it is used as a student, teacher or class.
